Therapy for the overthinkers, the over-achievers and the over it.
Hi, I'm Muskaan, a psychologist working with young adults on burnout, work stress, boundaries, big feelings and the general chaos of growing up. Sessions are warm, honest and judgment-free.
What we can work through together

Take a breath with me.
Box breathing: in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4. It gently nudges your body out of fight-or-flight. Try four rounds and notice what shifts.
I'm Muskaan. Hi.
I work with students and young professionals on the stuff that quietly runs your life: workplace stress, burnout, people-pleasing, conflict, performance pressure and decisions you keep replaying at 2am.
My work draws on CBT and Emotion Focused Therapy. In plain words: we understand your patterns, make room for your feelings without drowning in them, and build tools you'll actually use on a random Tuesday.
Alongside private practice, I help support a peer community at Wisdo Health, a Talkspace company, taught postgraduate psychology students at Jain University, and regularly run seminars and workshops.
Education & research+
What to expect+
Sessions are collaborative and paced by you. The first one is about getting to know each other and what you'd like to feel different. From there we set goals together and check in on them as we go.
Catch me at a seminar
I run talks and workshops on the things nobody teaches you: stress, burnout, emotions, communication and bouncing back. Come to the next one, or bring one to your college, school or workplace.

Myth or fact?
Therapy has a reputation problem. Guess which of these are true, and clear up a few things your relatives may have said.
Book a session
Pick a time that suits you on my calendar. If you'd rather talk first, a message works just as well.

Live availability is on CalendlyThings people google at midnight
Do I need to be "bad enough" for therapy?+
No. You don't need a crisis or a diagnosis. Feeling stuck, stressed or simply curious about yourself is reason enough.
What happens in the first session?+
We talk about what brought you here, what you'd like to feel different, and how you like to work. You share only what you're comfortable with, and you can ask me anything too.
Is what I say confidential?+
Yes. What you share stays between us. The only exception is a serious risk to your safety or someone else's, and I'll explain this clearly at the start.
How often would we meet?+
Most people start weekly or every two weeks, then adjust. We'll decide together based on what you need and what fits your life.
What if we're not a good fit?+
That's completely okay to say. Fit matters a lot in therapy, and I'm happy to help you find someone who suits you better.
